The off-site evaluation typically takes 3 business days after the required information has been received. Timing may depend on the completeness and clarity of the documents provided.

You can review the unit ranking, identified red flags, recommendation and key Qi observations. You may request a further explanation call if needed.
Does this service include Fengshui remedies?
No. This is a pre-purchase selection service focused on evaluating shortlisted unbuilt units. It does not include remedies, cures, activation methods or detailed in-home enhancements.
How accurate is an off-site evaluation?
The evaluation depends on the accuracy and completeness of the site plan, floor plan, development information and other details supplied. An off-site review cannot verify every on-site condition.
When do I pay?
Payment is made after you receive the off-site evaluation filenote. Accepted methods are cash, Google Pay, PayNow and bank transfer. Please enquire for the service fee and payment instructions.
