There are seven chakras in the human body and are located on the center axis of the body.
Their main influence is on the human mental state. The chakras at the lower portion of the body relate to the instinctual part, and the chakras at upper portion of the body affect our thoughts.
Each chakra has a different level of activity. When the chakras are in an “active” state, they are considered in normal operating condition.
When all the chakras are functioning well, they will have a positive effect on our emotions and feelings.
However, in reality, often 1 or more chakras will not be sufficiently active to function, or some of the chakras will be overactive.
The ideal state is that all chakras are in equilibrium.
