- We provide on-site and off-site evaluation services. Each service has a corresponding fee.
- On-site evaluation is suitable for property that is already completed and perhaps the final shortlist after the round of off-site evaluation.
- Off-site evaluation is suitable for the initial round of unit hunting and also for property that is not yet completed.
- For off-site evaluation, the accuracy is dependent on the accuracy of the siteplan, floorplan and information provided by the client
- As this is a pre-purchase evaluation and not a complete Fengshui audit so the service will not cover Fengshui remedies and enhancements
- Summary filenote of evaluation (within 3 business days)
