The assessment is done remotely using:

- Address & surrounding layout
- Key environmental data
Important Note:
Accuracy depends on the quality and accuracy of site plans, floor plans, and information provided.
🔹 On-Site Evaluation
Best for:
- Completed properties
- Final shortlisted units
- Buyers needing deeper spatial and environmental assessment
On-site evaluation allows us to directly assess actual Qi flow, surroundings, internal layout, and external influences.
(Each evaluation type has its own corresponding fee.)
Step 3: Pre-Purchase Evaluation Scope
This is a decision-support service designed to help you choose the right property.
It does not include:
- Fengshui Space Planning
- Fengshui remedies
- Enhancements or cures
(These are covered under a full Fengshui audit after purchase.)
Step 4: Clear Summary & Recommendation
You will receive a concise evaluation filenote within 3 business days, including:
- Key observations
- Identified red flags
- Comparative insights (if multiple units)
- Recommendation on the most supportive option
