In order to do this, you need to reach deep within yourself and find out what it is you really, REALLY want in life, so that you can start living in tune with your inner self.

Q3: Now fast forward to the end of your lifetime and imagine someone is asking you whether you have any regrets. What would you say? What would your life have looked like if you had lived it on your terms and fulfilled all of your dreams?
